Before the global pandemic, Linguere Enterprise was doing quite well. We were reaching huge milestones with the successful launch of our Kunta Kinte brand. This brand was created specifically to promote, sell and distribute "Made in Gambia" products with great emphasis on the Gambian handwoven fabric. However, all the progress made thus far is under threat due to all the imposed Covid-19 related restrictions. But with your help we can keep our doors open and business afloat!

The Team

My name is Beatrice Antoinette Mboge, Founder and CEO of Linguere Enterprise (LE). I was born and raised in The Gambia. I graduated from Loughborough University of Technology in Leicestershire, England with a bachelor’s degree in Library Studies. I worked at the Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry as the Director of Corporate Services for 14 years. I am also currently the CEO of The Gambia Women’s Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization that supports women owed businesses. I have been an informal business owner, in the fashion industry, for many decades. I formalized and registered my business in December 2018.
