My name is Ida Faal, a gifted and multi talented charismatic entrepreneur. A native Gambian raised in a single parent family; I am an inspiration to those around me that only see obstacles when all I see is opportunities. Against all odds and cultural traditions, I hold a diploma in Business Studies and I am the founder of ClockTvet Foundation TVET(Technical Vocational Education Training) in The Gambia that advocates for training young people especially Women and Girls in vocational skills. I am also the CEO of FitaFaal, a digital Platform that connects the Automotive Industry to Technicians and the general public. I am a mentor to young women and a qualified Automotive Technician. Over the past 6years I have become a sort after automotive diagnostics specialist as I believe that no country can develop without skillful youths and this motivated me to set up Clock TVET Foundation to train these youths. I am currently serving these roles in The Gambia as representatives and Ambassador for organisations like The AU/CIFFA, Ambassador and Women in Tech.
