Musa Jaiteh is a Gambian young entrepreneur and the Founder/Manager of Jaiteh’s Fishing that is involved in selling of fresh fish and shrimps to the local Gambian markets and market vendors. In the drive to expansion the Proprietor has envisage to diversify into organic farming to increase production capacity and supply chain networks. The expansion would also contribute to develop a robust marketing, job creation and promotional activities in the region and by extension to expand the business to the coastal areas and international markets. Identification of sale agents to urban and growth centres are among the strategy that the enterprise would adopt, whereby creating a source of income for youths and women.
