PAUSTI CoE is a state-of-the-art innovation centre that is spearheaded by The Pan African University Institute for Basic Sciences Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI) , funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and operationalized by IHub. The PAUSTI CoE is hosted at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) based in Nairobi Kenya.

In line with the core thematic areas of PAUSTI, the center engages academics, students, the private sector, and researchers to enhance the applied research capability of the university to promote and drive innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, and private sector linkages.
